Douglas Pineda started On Deck with one truck and a simple belief: treat every property like it's your own.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in fencing, landscaping, pavers, and gutters, Douglas built On Deck from the ground up — literally. He's been on every job site, involved in every estimate, and personally invested in every finished project.
That hands-on approach is what sets On Deck apart. When you work with us, you're not handed off to a sales team or a call center. You're working directly with the people who will be on your property doing the work.
Today the On Deck team serves Carson City, Reno, Sparks, Minden, Gardnerville, Dayton, Fernley, and Lake Tahoe — and every project still gets the same attention to detail that built this company’s reputation.
